Most items in their original unworn condition may be returned to us within 35 days of receipt. Items which have been personalised with initials/names or any special instructions cannot be returned.

If you require a refund you will need to send the items back to us at your own expense.

If you require an exchange, then please order the new items you require first. Once you have made a new order online we can provide you with a free returns label (excluding collect orders). You can then send the unwanted items back to us and we will issue you a refund.

Local schools will be asked to leave the returns at their school office. For local schools who wish to collect their new order from our unit in Box, please bring the unwanted items with you when you collect your new order.

Please email us at telling us which item(s) you wish to return. We will then contact you with instructions. If you have made a new order, please let us know the order number. Please do not return anything until you have received a response from us.

If any items are incorrect when you receive your order please let us know within 7 days.

In the rare case of any items being deemed faulty when you receive them, please inform us within 14 days of receipt.
