Embroidery in Bath & Wiltshire

We are experts in embroidery. All our embroidery is done in-house at our unit in Box, Wiltshire and this gives us better control over the quality of garments we use and the cost. We utilise industry leading Tajima machines, which are world renowned for producing high quality embroideries. Our qualified team are here to help you with your embroidery requests, however big or small. No minimum order required.

Embroidery:

We offer bespoke embroidery services which is ideal for workwear, uniforms, sportswear and promotional clothing. Embroideries are durable and best suited to hard wearing garments such as outerwear jackets, gilets, fleeces, hoodies, bags and hats. The likelihood is that the embroidery itself will eventually outlive the garment! Embroidery gives any custom garment or accessory a premium finish and is a good way to stand out to from the crowd to promote your brand or business.

The process:

1. We will request from you, a good quality image (300 dpi or higher is preferable) of your artwork in either a vector file such as AI., PDF, EPS or JPEG, PNG, PDF file and where you wish the logo(s) to be positioned. A one off set up fee for digitisation may apply.

2. If you require specific colours then please let us know as we will try to match the thread colours as closely as possible.

3. Your design will be digitized, which means that your image is converted into stitches so that our embroidery machines can read the design and achieve a high level of accuracy to the original design.

4. A sample will be run on a closely matching piece of material. This is produced for you and for us, to see how the digitized file looks and how it runs on the embroidery machine. It allows us to see if any adjustments are needed.

5. We will send you a photo of the sample via email, for your approval. We will not proceed until we have received your approval.

6. Once approved, your order will be embroidered within an agreed time frame.

No, we don't have any minimum order requirements. You can order 1 item or 5000+ items. There are percentage discounts available when ordering  multiple quantities.

Can you embroider onto customers own goods?

Yes we can, however we need to see or discuss the item(s) you want embroidered before we agree to do it, as we have to make sure it's suitable. Any items brought to us must be in unworn and new condition. Please note, we cannot be responsible for any customers own goods if they get caught up in our machines, as this is always a possibility no matter what we embroider.
