Delivery / Collection

Free delivery to school during April (after the Easter holidays), May, June, July, September and October (up to half term), a delivery charge to home will apply at all other times. Home delivery is £4.50 via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Alternatively, orders can be collected from Unit 1, The Ley Business Park, Box, Wiltshire.

Exchanges & Returns

Items may be returned to us within 35 days of receipt for an exchange or refund providing they are in their original condition. For returns, please email us at info@michael-hope.co.uk telling us which item(s) you wish to exchange for which size(s) or which item(s) you wish to return for a refund.  We will contact you with instructions. Please do not return anything until you have had a response from us.
