COLLECTION / DELIVERY
Order take between 7-10 days. Orders can be collected from our Unit 9,The Ley Business Park, Box. Alternatively, orders can be sent to your home address for a shipping cost of £4.20.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Items may be returned to us within 35 days of receipt for an exchange or refund providing they are in their original condition. For returns, please email us at sales@michael-hope.co.uk telling us which item(s) you wish to exchange for which size(s) or which item(s) you wish to return for a refund. We will contact you with instructions. Please do not return anything until you have had a response from us.
