DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Orders will be delivered to your home for £3.60. Alternatively, they can be collected from our Unit 9, The Ley Business Park, Box, Wiltshire. The £3.60 delivery charge will be removed from the basket if you select 'collect' option.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Items may be returned to us within 35 days of receipt for an exchange or refund providing they are in their original condition. For returns, please email us at sales@michael-hope.co.uk telling us which item(s) you wish to exchange for which size(s) or which item(s) you wish to return for a refund. We will contact you with instructions. Please do not return anything until you have had a response from us.
