DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Orders can be sent to school* free during term time.
Alternatively, they can be collected from our unit: Unit 1, The Ley Business Park, Box, Wiltshire, SN13 8EW or they can be sent to your home address for a postage fee of £4.50.
*The £4.50 delivery charge will be removed from the basket if you select 'free to school' option.
NEW YEAR 7 INTAKE FOR SEPTEMBER 2022
New year 7 intake need to order by 19th June for free delivery to school. Orders made by this date will be available to collect from the school on the 7th July.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Items may be returned to us within 35 days of receipt for an exchange or refund providing they are in their original condition. For returns, please email us at info@michael-hope.co.uk telling us which item(s) you wish to exchange for which size(s) or which item(s) you wish to return for a refund. We will contact you with instructions. Please do not return anything until you have had a response from us.
